About the role
The Systems Analyst II supports and improves systems and processes within the Office of the University Registrar, with a focus on student data, Degree Works, and institutional reporting. This role develops and maintains reporting solutions, supports enrollment reporting to external agencies, including NSC and NSLDS, and ensures data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains reporting solutions for student data and institutional reporting.
- Supports enrollment reporting to external agencies such as NSC and NSLDS.
- Ensures data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoots complex issues related to systems and processes.
- Improves workflows and implements system enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Maintains data integrity and supports student success through effective use of technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
- Experience with student data management systems and institutional reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
