About the role
UST is seeking a Systems Analyst – General to join our full-time team. This role involves collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and recommending technology and tools. Responsibilities include designing and documenting computer systems or programs, mentoring software developers, providing technical training, interacting with project development teams, performing/system testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, analyze, and recommend technology and tools.
- Analyze computer systems capabilities independently.
- Create detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts, and diagrams outlining system capabilities and processes.
- Mentor software developers to complete units of work assigned to them and monitor the output.
- Provide technical training to the project team.
- Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to the project development team.
- Perform/Support system testing and UAT testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Engineering - any branch, or related field.
- Two (2) Years of Experience as a Systems Analyst – General or related occupation.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a foreign degree equivalent based on a combination of three years of college/university education and three years of experience as determined by a qualified credential evaluation company.
- Experience with Global Delivery model and ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to all levels.
- Able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

Benefits

Pay
$144,414 - $150,000 per year; 40 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
