Systems Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Design, implement, optimize, and support integrations between Epic and other systems Develop and maintain HL7 interfaces, APIs, and interoperability solutions Balance project implementation with production support Partner with Epic application teams, infrastructure, vendors, and stakeholders Provide technical leadership for large-scale initiatives and mentor junior team members Perform system build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of assigned applications What You'll Need Minimum two (2) years experience with Epic or comparable health system software OR two (2) years scripting/programming experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND minimum three (3) years working in IT or operations Advanced Epic Bridges expertise and strong healthcare interoperability knowledge Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and improve interface architecture Experience with system configuration, documentation, and maintenance Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams What's On Offer Opportunity to lead technical decisions and large-scale initiatives Contribute to the delivery of appropriate, sustainable, and prompt solutions Support for enterprise systems, ensuring stability, availability, and performance Engage in continuous improvement through customer feedback and self-development Apply via Haystack today!
