Systems Analyst

Primary Duties & Tasks

• Serve as developer, facilitator, and subject matter expert for applications supporting complex financial business processes
• Provide oversight to QA on new code from inception through production
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using tools, techniques, and teamwork
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, standardize processes, and drive documentation
• Partner with developers and architects to ensure scalable, robust solutions
• Stay current with software development trends and methodologies

Required KSAs

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL proficiency
• Experience with financial systems and large-scale application projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team collaboration skills
• Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
