Responsibilities
- Sustain effective communications with all stakeholders and team members
- Possess keen analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to problem solve
- Perform systems analysis reviews and clarifications in regards to business and functional requirements
- Confirm technical requirements with other ITS I and ITS II’s who are responsible for software engineering and architecture
- Collaborate with CRAU’s developers, administrators and consultants to facilitate the completion of as-is system architecture, database schema, programming code, testing certifications, and disaster recovery documents
- Document and recommend to-be technical solutions
- Work as the central Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and monitor and process requests submitted to CRAU’s intake process
- Manage unit email in-box, JIRA application, and IT service and change request management system
- Participate on projects as a systems analyst, technology coordinator, or project coordinator

Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include completing two years of satisfactory additional experience performing duties equivalent to or higher than an Information Technology Specialist I
- Four years of satisfactory additional experience performing duties equivalent to or higher than an Information Technology Specialist I may qualify for Range C
