About the role

We're looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to own the technology foundation that powers our business. This role is responsible for our core business systems, data infrastructure, integrations, reporting, and technology vendors. You'll serve as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the needs of a growing organization. You'll work closely with leaders across Operations, Sales, Finance, Production, and Customer Experience to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions. This role partners closely with our Digital Workforce Manager, who focuses on AI strategy, workflow automation, and process transformation. Together, you'll build the technology foundation that enables the business to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Business Systems Administration: Own administration and continuous improvement of NetSuite, Shopify, and other business applications; ensure business systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with operational needs.
  • Systems Integration: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ERP, eCommerce platforms, shipping, and third-party systems; monitor system performance and proactively resolve integration issues.
  • Reporting & Data Infrastructure: Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure and executive dashboards; ensure consistent, accurate, and trusted business data across systems.
  • Master Data Governance: Maintain integrity of product, inventory, customer, vendor, and operational master data; establish standards and governance for business-critical data.
  • Technology Support: Provide Tier 2 business systems support for internal users; troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with external IT providers and software vendors when needed.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners; develop Statements of Work (SOWs), evaluate vendors, and ensure projects are delivered successfully.
  • Technology Roadmap: Partner with business leaders to identify system improvements and future technology needs; contribute to the long-term business systems roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven experience administering and improving ERP and business systems.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or similar enterprise business platforms.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and middleware.
  • Experience designing reporting solutions and dashboards that support business decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and managing technology projects.
  • Able to work 100% on-site in Seattle.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, and business applications.
  • Experience with NetSuite administration preferred.
  • Experience with Shopify administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and systems integration.
  • Experience developing dashboards using business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and reporting concepts.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
  • Experience working with technology vendors and implementation partners.
  • Curious, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.

Success in this role

Within the first 12 months, you'll have:

  • Established reliable administration of NetSuite, Shopify, and our core business applications.
  • Improved system integrations and reduced manual work across departments.
  • Built trusted reporting and dashboard infrastructure that supports executive decision-making.
  • Strengthened data governance and master data quality.
  • Developed strong vendor partnerships and successfully managed external technology initiatives.
  • Created a scalable technology foundation that enables our Digital Workforce Manager to accelerate AI adoption and business automation.

Pay

$115,000 - $125,000 annual (inclusive of bonus).

Schedule

Full-time, on-site in Seattle.
