Hiring: Systems Analyst (Advanced) 📍 Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite) ⏳ Duration: Long-Term Contract (Through 2027) 💼 Experience: 7+ Years Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst (Advanced) to facilitate complex, enterprise-level software development efforts within large-scale financial application environments. In this role, you will act as a developer, facilitator, and Subject Matter Expert (SME)—analyzing critical financial processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solution implementations. Key Responsibilities Technical & Functional SME: Drive application development, maintenance, and technical architecture for complex financial business systems. Process Re-Engineering: Evaluate current business functions, identify efficiency opportunities, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Quality Assurance Oversight: Provide guidance and code-review oversight across integration, staging, and production environments. System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools and collaborative problem-solving. Roadmaps & Standards: Partner with cross-functional teams, developers, and architects to establish software guidelines, roadmaps, and process documentation. Required Qualifications Experience: 7+ years as a Lead Developer or Development Manager. Relational Databases: 5+ years of broad experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational database systems. Technical Stack:Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET (.NET Core / C# preferred). Experience with ORMs (Entity Framework, n-Hibernate). Strong SQL proficiency and database architecture concepts. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience). Domain Focus: Proven background developing and maintaining software systems dealing with complex financial processes. Core Skills & Competencies Clear verbal and written communication across cross-functional teams and leadership. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
