- 30% Microsoft 365 Administration
- 20% Network Infrastructure & Hardware Support
Daily Responsibilities
- 50% Hands-On Support: root cause resolution for end-user hardware, software, and application issues
- 30% Management Duties: endpoint deployment, documentation, audits, reporting, and new user setup
- 20% Team Collaboration: end-user training, process improvement, and special projects
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a systems administration or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware components, software applications, and network infrastructure
- Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10 & Windows 11)
- Experience creating, testing, and automating the deployment of end-user software, images, applications, and patches using endpoint management tools
Desired Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment and Intune management
- Experience managing documentation, audits, and reports
- Experience developing and delivering end-user training to reduce support issues and increase productivity
- Experience supporting new user setup, onboarding, and cross-facility technical support
