About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stablecoin payment solutions interoperable across fiat rails.
• Enable always-on settlement via Cross River’s Partner Network (CRNow).
• Facilitate on/off ramp capabilities for instant fund withdrawals from digital wallets.
• Manage stablecoin-enabled accounts where every transaction reflects in USD.
• Support stablecoin-linked cards for global transactions via Visa and Mastercard networks.
• Oversee instant payment rails, including payouts via RTP® and FedNow®, and pay-ins via RTP®.
• Enable global money movement for businesses through international payment solutions.
• Manage card payments across major card networks with CRNow settlement.
• Support traditional payment rails, including ACH, Same-Day ACH, and wire transfers.
• Launch and manage debit, credit, or prepaid card programs through direct integration with card networks.
• Provide merchant services with acquiring capabilities for payment processing.
• Deliver FDIC-insured accounts via modern APIs and automated deposit sweeps for expanded FDIC insurance.
• Oversee marketplace lending, including bank-supervised origination, underwriting, and automated loan participation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, monitoring, and governance for consumer and commercial lending.
• Provide capital solutions, including principal financing, credit facilities, and investment banking advisory.
• Enable crypto solutions for building, moving, and settling value onchain.
• Support social platforms, merchant platforms, retailers, gaming industries, and neobanks with embedded financial solutions.
• Manage commercial real estate loan origination, construction lending, and healthcare finance solutions.
• Oversee small business lending programs, including SBA and conventional loans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fintech, banking, payments, or blockchain technology.
• Deep understanding of stablecoins, digital wallets, and onchain finance.
• Familiarity with payment rails such as RTP®, FedNow®, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Experience with card issuing, processing, and merchant services.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, lending, and capital markets.
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, modern banking cores, and financial infrastructure.
