Responsibilities
- Support the Tools Team objectives
- Aid in reviewing threshold and performance monitoring to improve reporting and trend analysis.
- Aid in optimizing CIT’s existing tools suite for network management.
- Provide initial analysis for augmenting and consolidating tools to enhance functionality and ROI.
- Proactively test and implement vendor upgrades and patches, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience (or commensurate experience)
- Certified Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Certified Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred
