We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Who We Are" (company description) and "THE OPPORTUNITY" (role description). We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Who We Are: description of ActBlue. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role description; but we have "Who We Are" describing organization. Could map to "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the role" for role description (THE OPPORTUNITY). But we also have "Who We Are" which is about the organization; maybe we can include as a

    before sections? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). Likely they expect only those headings. We can include "About the role" as a heading for the role description (THE OPPORTUNITY). The "Who We Are" could be placed as a

before any heading, maybe as an introductory paragraph. That's acceptable. Then we have responsibilities: list under "What You Will Do". That's responsibilities. Then we have "What You Bring": that's qualifications/requirements/skills. Could split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we need to decide based on content. The posting lists experience, knowledge, familiarity, etc. Could treat as "Requirements" (or "Qualifications") and maybe "Skills". The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one section "Requirements" that includes all. Or we could have "Requirements" and "Skills". But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: "What You Bring" bullet points (actually sentences): - 3+ years of experience in systems administration, with experience developing and implementing compliance- and security-driven projects - Working knowledge of identity and access management platforms, MDM tools, and core productivity/collaboration suites, along with experience applying endpoint hardening and security configuration best practices - Strong familiarity with macOS environments, including enforcing security policies, maintaining governance standards, and managing patch compliance across a device fleet - Experience integrating SaaS tools and platforms, including planning and executing system and data migrations - Exposure to workflow automation and orchestration tools, as well as emerging agentic or AI-driven tools that streamline IT operations - Experience implementing data governance controls and operationalizing data privacy standards. Also familiar with relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 1 & 2, NIST, PCI DSS), as well as e-discovery and data handling policies and procedures - Diligent and intentful in day-to-day work, with strong attention to detail and follow-through - Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially in technical documentation, policy writing, and cross-functional collaboration - A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment - Commitment to equity, accessibility, and a people-first approach to systems design and support These are qualifications/skills. Could be one section "Requirements" (or "Qualifications"). Then we have "Work & Benefits Snapshot": includes Work Schedule, Work Environment, Salary Range Details, Benefits, etc. So we need sections for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe "Work Environment" could be part of Schedule? But we have headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include those if they have real specific content. Pay: Salary Range Details: Salary Range: $65,658 - $81,543 - $97,428 (looks like three numbers maybe min-mid-max). Also note about compensation practices. That's specific. Schedule: Work Schedule: This role requires availability during established, regular business hours (Mon-Fri) and potentially could be expected to be a part of an on-call rotation which will result in working nontraditional hours as needed. Also Work Environment: Employees can expect to work with distributed teams across all U.S. time zones. Our roles require extended technology usage, and proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack. Regular attendance in virtual meetings is inherent to every position. That could be part of Schedule or maybe separate but we only have Schedule heading. We'll include schedule info under Schedule heading. Benefits: list of benefits: Flexible work schedules and an unlimited time-off policy; Fully paid and trans-inclusive health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families; plus fully-paid health reimbursement arrangement to use for out of pocket expenses and fully-paid short- and long-term disability; Fully paid basic and AD&D life insurance and a voluntary supplemental life insurance option; Dependent and health care flexible spending account options; Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits for employees; Automatic 2% Employer-paid 401K contribution, plus up to an additional 6% match on employee contributions; A minimum of three months paid medical, family and parental leave (for all new parents, adoptions included); Commuter or home-office benefits, including a $1,000 home-office setup allowance for all new full-time remote employees; Additional perks including quarterly snack deliveries and digital subscriptions to the Boston Globe & New York Times. Also note: ActBlue is unable to sponsor work visas at this time. That's maybe not a benefit but a note; could be included in Benefits section or maybe omitted as not a benefit. We'll include as part of Benefits. Also there is "Registered States*" list: that's about where they can hire remote workers. That's not a benefit but maybe metadata. Could be placed in a short

before sections. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph for Registered States. Also there is UNION INFORMATION, BACKGROUND CHECKS, INCLUSION STATEMENT, etc. Those are boilerplate/legal/EEO; we should remove them. Thus final HTML:

    • Design and implement IT process automation (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, software provisioning, and compliance checklists)
    • Support internal audits and evidence gathering for compliance reporting, including review of logs, change management records, and security controls
    • Stay current on evolving regulatory, privacy, and security standards to ensure systems remain aligned with industry best practices
    • Contribute to IT project delivery in partnership with cross-functional teams, including project planning, vendor coordination, and implementation

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in systems administration, with experience developing and implementing compliance- and security-driven projects
    • Working knowledge of identity and access management platforms, MDM tools, and core productivity/collaboration suites, along with experience applying endpoint hardening and security configuration best practices
