Systems Administrator
About the role
We are actively seeking a candidate who is well-versed in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Microsoft Intune-managed environments, while also operating effectively across desktop support, endpoint management, security compliance, and network-related challenges. You will be expected to move fluidly across technical domains. This means owning problems end-to-end rather than handing them off—while balancing user experience, security requirements, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues, including device configuration, policy application, compliance failures, and software deployment
- Provide hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including OS, hardware, and user-facing issues
- Navigate and resolve security and compliance-related challenges, including endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, and audit readiness
- Operate effectively across multiple functions—including endpoint management, support, security, and asset management—without reliance on rigid team boundaries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or relevant field and 3+ years practical experience in the field
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance
- Ability to self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools
- Demonstrated and proven ability to independently resolve issues, improve day-to-day operations with self-driven initiatives, and operate with a growth mindset
- Hands-on experience administering or operating network access controls in the form of IP:Port or URL based filters
- Practical experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment – ideally including peripheral device management, asset management, and VOIP operations
- Understanding and practical exposure with regulatory controls, baselines, and security policies within an Azure Entra and Intune based environment with enterprise desktops and endpoints (CIS benchmarks, STIG, etc)
- Located near Indianapolis, IN and willing to be on-site in support of the mission
Qualifications
- Must have Intune (in experience) managing applications/devices - very hands on
- Implementing policies in Intune/password controls/device media/Security Hardening
- Ownership of their projects

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.48 - $37.48/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
