Systems Administrator
Epicor ERP Systems Administrator / Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for our Epicor environment. This role is focused on troubleshooting, system configuration, process improvement, and supporting ERP users and business operations.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have experience administering and supporting Epicor ERP, diagnosing technical issues, configuring system functionality, developing or modifying BPMs, and making minor system customizations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide back-end technical support for Epicor ERP
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Configure system functionality
- Develop or modify BPMs (Business Process Management)
- Make minor system customizations as needed
- Support ERP users and business operations
- Improve and optimize system processes
Requirements
- Intermediate-level experience with Epicor ERP
- Experience in configuring Epicor and developing BPMs
- Ability to make minor development changes (C# knowledge is a plus)

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Schedule
This is a contract position anticipated to close on August 21, 2026.
Location
This is a fully onsite position based in Santa Ana, CA.
