Systems Administrator
About the role
This isn't your typical Systems Administrator role. We're looking for someone who can expertly manage infrastructure and systems while also serving as a trusted partner across the organization. You'll support team members at all levels, translate technical concepts into clear communication, and help guide our technology environment through a period of exciting transformation. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex problems, creating order from ambiguity, improving processes, and building trust through positive, service-focused interactions. Our environment is fast-moving, international, and constantly evolving. You'll help us safely adopt emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, strengthen documentation and knowledge sharing, and shift from reactive support toward proactive solutions that create long-term value. Most importantly, you'll be someone who inspires confidence, approaches challenges with optimism, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
