This role is suited for someone who can assess existing system-related work item by item, resolve outstanding issues, and strengthen documentation across technical processes. The position will concentrate on system administration, data flow analysis, and cross-functional coordination to help drive completion of critical initiatives within established system boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Review technical tasks in detail, determine outstanding actions, and establish a clear path to completion for open system-related work.
- Investigate operational issues across infrastructure and data flows, identify root causes, and implement practical remediation steps.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to interpret technical requirements, clarify priorities, and move initiatives forward effectively.
- Analyze interactions between connected systems to ensure data moves accurately and reliably across defined environments.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation, including process notes, system records, and issue tracking details.
- Support administration activities involving Windows-based server environments, directory services, and related enterprise platforms.
- Evaluate previously implemented solutions to confirm they are functioning as intended and address gaps where needed.
- Contribute to compliance-focused system reviews by documenting findings, tracking corrective actions, and supporting follow-up efforts.
Requirements
- Experience working in a systems engineering, systems administration, or technical analyst capacity.
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Strong ability to interpret technical information, assess system dependencies, and translate findings into actionable next steps.
- Proven documentation or technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear and organized records.
- Background troubleshooting system issues and resolving problems in complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with compliance-related technical work and documenting remediation activities.
- Effective collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to complete technical objectives.
