The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.

Responsibilities

• Support LifeNet Health's infrastructure by managing servers, network devices, operating systems, O365 services, directory services, permissions, patch management, software deployment, and file services.
• Administer printers through software setup, group policy deployment, network connectivity, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain system alerts and notifications, collaborating with system owners to manage alert processes.
• Serve as an escalation point for Technical Services staff, providing training and troubleshooting support, responding to incidents and service requests per predefined SLAs, and assisting the security team with audits, investigations, and remediations.

Requirements

• 3 years functional and technical aspects of IT support services to include user account administration, networking, operating systems, and applications.
• 1 year administration experience with at least one of the following: server operating systems, active directory, office 365, networking, security, or telecom.
