Systems Administrator
Responsibilities
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
- Supports IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Supports Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
- Supports the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Supports the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
Requirements
Required:
- Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MDTen (10) years' experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher is required.
- Experience with Devops, AWS
About the Role

Provides assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems (U).
Supports the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Optimizes system operations and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning.
Provides in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems.
Provides detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
Supports the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
Configures and manages UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity of and configures network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $156,262.00 $166,882.00
