We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role focuses on the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of our server, network, cloud, software, and hardware environments. You will provide Tier 2 technical support, drive infrastructure modernization, and ensure secure, scalable technology solutions that align with our evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and complete IT projects based on business objectives and departmental goals; coordinate tasks and timelines.
- Manage deployed software within the company.
- Administer server environment, including hypervisor and storage technologies.
- Manage backup and monitoring solutions.
- Design, plan, and deploy solutions within the M365 environment (Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Copilot).
- Provide guidance to users on best practices for M365 solutions.
- Assist with the management of the phone system.
- Deploy and configure network equipment.
- Support information security assessments and remediation tasks.
- Assist with end-user training to promote IT security awareness.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and maintain a safe, orderly work environment.
- Perform duties in alignment with company values.
- Report to work as scheduled and fulfill the entire work schedule.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and work extended hours, including weekends, as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 4+ years of experience in an IT field.
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Windows Server administration
- Hypervisors and storage management
- Backup and disaster recovery
- M365 administration
- Ability to relay technical information to non-technical users.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and enterprise software.
- Strong customer service skills and comfort working with business users and technical teams.
- Project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team.
- High adaptability to changing business needs.
- Onsite work required daily.

- Ability to observe and identify details.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator certification.
- Microsoft 365 Administrator certification.
Physical Demands
- Frequent sitting, wrist manipulation, walking, and standing.
- Frequent sedentary work with lifting up to 10 pounds.
- Occasional medium work with lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to type and operate office equipment frequently.
- Ability to complete all physical requirements to perform essential functions.
Working Environment
This is an onsite position in a temperature-controlled office and manufacturing environment with occasional remote work opportunities. Participation in an on-call rotation is expected.
