Systems Administrator

About the role

Ensure reliable and seamless communication across healthcare systems. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Cerner Lab Integration and Interfaces. Support integration strategy, interface design, configuration, and enhancements. Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into IT solutions. Drive incident and problem management processes, resolving complex issues and addressing escalations. Plan and perform complex system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable and seamless communication across healthcare systems
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Cerner Lab Integration and Interfaces
• Support integration strategy, interface design, configuration, and enhancements
• Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into IT solutions

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Hands-on experience with CareAware Medical Device Interface (MDI)
• Traditional and Cloud Experience with Foreign Systems Interface (FSI), including FSI build activities and Open Engine scripting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Qualifications
