Systems Administrator

Position Summary

Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with an established E&P company that is growing its local IT team. The company is seeking a Systems Administrator to support its enterprise infrastructure, including servers, identity services, cloud platforms, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Enterprise Linux environments.
• Support core infrastructure services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery solutions.
• Support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and related cloud technologies.
• Maintain system reliability, security, and performance while identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
• Avoid automation and operational improvements using scripting tools such as PowerShell.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Enterprise Linux operating systems.
• Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, or similar infrastructure services.
• Basic understanding of virtualization, cloud technologies, backup and recovery, and networking concepts.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications, with a competitive benefits package and bonus.
