What You'll Do
Own the Tech Stack: Act as the primary administrator for ServiceTitan and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring 100% system health and security.
Drive Automation: Build and maintain smart workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams to eliminate manual processes and improve data flow.
Empower the Team: Partner with People Operations to provide clear documentation and training, making sure every employee feels confident using our technology.
Solve & Support: Handle Level 1 and 2 technical support with a "Solutions Driven" mindset, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for both office and field staff.
Manage Assets: Maintain a meticulous inventory of company hardware and mobile devices, ensuring our team is always equipped with reliable, up-to-date tools.
What We're Looking For
Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in systems administration or a similar technical role.
Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange) and experience managing a field service ERP—ServiceTitan experience is a major plus.
Integration Skills: You have a solid understanding of Power Automate (Flow), Azure, and how to bridge data between different software platforms.
Mindset: You are Humbly Confident in your technical abilities but always willing to listen to user needs to create better experiences.
Communication: You can translate "tech-speak" into plain English, providing a professional and personable experience for the entire team.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3–5 years in systems administration or a similar technical role.
Associates Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Basic knowledge of IT principles.
Basic knowledge of computer security tools, best practices and policies.
Independent analysis and strong problem solving skills.
Ability to elicit and communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to project manage.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
2+ years of experience in a technical support position.
Working knowledge of Dell laptops and desktops, Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Document Management System, Mobile devices.
Well organized and able to work independently.
Strong user knowledge of the Office 365 productivity suite.
Salary
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
