Responsibilities
- Track all service requests to completion
- Resolve production incidents
- Identify top automation & self-service opportunities within our environment
- Document best practices, knowledge base articles for existing and new systems
- Support Microsoft systems and cloud LI/II engineering
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Administer Microsoft Cloud
- Manage Identity Management
Qualifications
- Experience supporting various technology stacks and are comfortable with learning new technologies
- Microsoft systems and cloud experience
- Microsoft Office 365 platform experience
- Enterprise network and systems monitoring toolsets experience – SolarWinds, HP, Dell, Cisco
- Cloud operations and management experience (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle)
- Preferred Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with most of the following: PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, JavaScript, shell scripting
- Experience with Enterprise identity management systems – IBM, Microsoft, Okta, Ping
- Linux or Microsoft system administration or engineering experience
Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in Information Technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Windows Server 2008/12/16 advanced administration
- Microsoft Active Directory administration and engineering
- Problem identification, incident management
- Cloud Administration in AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Office 365 – Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, One Drive for Business
- L II/III Microsoft systems administration or engineering experience
- Able to work independently and with other teams
- PowerShell 4.0+ scripts to provide a reliable and scalable automation
