Responsibilities

  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
  • Provision ebuild end point devices for end users, including peripherals and productivity software.
  • Maintain software licenses for end user productivity applications.
  • Provide technical support to Do it Best staff and other constituencies.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist with training end users on proper use of equipment and productivity software.
  • Assist with providing “how-to” documentation.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities in support of the telecommunications platform.
  • Maintain accountability of all support work performed through a ticketing system.
  • Assist with projects as needed (e.g., market equipment preparation, in-house training).
  • Maintain end user access to internal and external systems.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical troubleshooting role.
  • Tech courses, certifications, or training.
  • Preferred: Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience with technical troubleshooting.

Skills

  • Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.

Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Candidates should be willing and able to work in Fort Wayne, IN without the need for relocation support. Local candidates or those already planning to move to the area are encouraged to apply.
