Design, implement, and maintain complex Windows Server infrastructures, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, and actively troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and environments.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex RHEL operational issues.
- Architect and manage large-scale virtualization environments, including VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and cloud-based platforms.
- Design and implement converged infrastructure solutions, such as Simplivity, to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain advanced automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or other languages to streamline complex administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX.
Requirements
- US Citizenship.
- Bachelor’s Degree (A relevant professional certification can be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree).
- 8 years of relevant experience.
- Windows Server design, deployment, security, and support in an enterprise environment.
- Server virtualization and automation expertise in an enterprise environment.

Pay
$65.00 - $85.00/hr based on experience.
Schedule
Hybrid work schedule: 1st week training fully onsite, then 2 days working onsite and 3 days remote.
This is a contract position based in Newport News, VA with 5 openings available for varying experience levels. The interview process consists of one step.
