Systems Admin II

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard
• Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets
• Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility
• Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards
• Serving as a mid-tier escalation point for other System Administrators
• Working with Senior System Administrators on projects and occasionally taking on a project lead role
• Creating, deploying, and maintaining server infrastructure
• Creating and maintaining documentation

Requirements

• High School Diploma, 6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in the industry
• CompTIA Security+ Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, 4+ years of experience
• Microsoft Active Directory, Server Virtualization and Management, Backup Infrastructure Management, Networking Fundamentals (VLANs, Protocols, IPv4 Configurations)
• Experience with a wide range of Windows OSs (Windows 98 to Windows 11), Windows PowerShell Scripting

Work Schedule

Full-time onsite position with a weekly on-call rotation with other System Administrators.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72,150 - $122,655
