System Test Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Develops, modifies and executes comprehensive and detailed test plans, procedures and schedules for assigned systems.
• Collaborates with engineering to resolve non-routine issues.
• Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.
• Performs technical analysis of systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
• Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and a minimum of two or more years of related experience.
• Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
• Must have a general understanding of systems test concepts, theory, and operations and experience demonstrating those skills.
• Must be customer-focused and possess the ability to develop solutions to a variety of non-routine problems.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences, including management.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to influence and guide other employees and managers.
• Able to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required.
• Prior experience working in a classified or ITAR-regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance required.
