System Analyst

About the Role

Serve as a senior-level subject matter expert for the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and support of healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex clinical and business requirements into scalable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Lead and support large-scale projects, system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, operational efficiency, and end-user experience.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, business stakeholders, and IT teams to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise.
• Perform system build, testing, validation, and ongoing support for assigned applications.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Epic or comparable health system software, OR minimum two (2) years of scripting or programming experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in IT or operations.
• Advanced analytical, technical, and workflow design expertise.
• Experience in requirements gathering, design, build, testing, implementation, training, optimization, and production support.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents to minimize system issues.
