The System Technical Coordinator, MRI Full-Time Days position at Northwestern Medicine is a full-time role with a day shift. The salary range is USD 51.67 - USD 72.34 per hour. Responsibilities

• Designs and coordinates orientation programs for technical and assistant personnel.
• Trains technical staff in applying clinical protocols and techniques.
• Develops training programs to apply evolving radiology techniques.
• Provides and coordinates technical in-service education programs to develop staff technically, educationally, and professionally.
• Provides technical assessment of job performance for employee performance appraisals.
• Affords a lead role in daily operations, equipment performance, and assumes responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
• Maintains clinical status and staffs the unit if/when needed.

Qualifications

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school/college of Radiologic Technology or Magnetic Resonance.
• CPR – BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA).
• Certification and registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or ARMRIT in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• Relevant clinical experiences required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven skills in leadership, planning, and quality.
