- IT-related degree OR 2+ years of relevant IT experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and systems
- Ability to support and maintain IT systems in an operational or mission-critical environment
- Ability to document technical issues and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting USAF or DoD mission planning systems
- Familiarity with mission planning software, mapping tools, or geospatial data
- Experience working in classified or secure environments
- Military or aircrew experience
- Maintain mission planning systems, ensuring hardware and software are functional and up to date
- Support mission planning during training exercises and deployments
- Keep detailed documentation of system configurations
- Provide technical assistance to mission personnel and collaborate with government teams
