Job Description Responsible for all procurement activities until hand over of the project to Warranty Department (including but not limited to closing POs, settlement on final invoices / claims)Achieve final account agreements with suppliers / subcontractorsMonitor Procurement performance over the project lifespan (savings / overruns, claims)Coordinates with Expeditors and Supplier Quality Managers in order to achieve On Time Delivery and Quality as per Project ScheduleOperational Leadership of all procurement activitiesSupports Project Procurement ManagersRepresents Supply Chain Management within Project Team as requiredResolution or escalation of all procurement claimsDrives effectiveness and efficiency of operational procurement taskParticipates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall Supply Chain Management functionCommunicates effectively with cross functional peers relating to Project Procurement activitiesEnsures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to company processes and proceduresSupports the department in achieving objectivesResponsible for identifying potential supplier sources, conducting interviews with potential vendors, negotiating favorable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts.All other duties as reasonably requestedIs aware of the Health, Safety and Environment requirements relevant to their role, implements and complies with them Qualifications More than 5 years’ experience in Energy, Chemical or related industryProcurement experience with suppliers for systems and componentsProcurement experience with suppliers for systems and componentsProcurement experience in International & Technical environmentsExperience in project management for large, medium or small size projectsMotivates peers and leads by exampleSelf-motivated and capable of leading multi-functional teamsAble to communicate with all levelsPromotes internal and external collaborationExperienced in use of standard methods in order to identify complex problems and ensures implementation of suitable solutions Additional Information We offer Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines Excellent employment conditions Attractive working place (central, good transport links) Modern infrastructure For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
