About the role

The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is seeking co-op students for the Fall 2026 semester. The Applied Systems Laboratory (ASL) Systems Integration Division (SID) is looking for students to work on various activities including systems design, requirements analysis, data analysis, system integration, and model-based systems engineering.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computational Science and Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field
  • 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA
  • Must be eligible to be approved by your college/university to participate in a co-op program and register for co-op credit with your university during work terms
  • Must be able to complete at least three full-time co-op terms (alternating three terms of full-time work at GTRI with semesters of full-time school) prior to graduation
  • Experience with Python
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools
  • Familiarity with Cameo System Modeling tools
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to a non-technical audience
  • Strong math skills and ability to learn complex engineering concepts

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship
  • Secret Clearance
  • 40 hours per week

Skills

  • Experience with Python
