Responsibilities

  • Develop acquisition strategies and acquisition documentation with Government technical and contracts staff, enabling program development and implementation.
  • Facilitate new prototype acquisition planning, solicitation, evaluation, award, and execution for Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Orders (TOs) and Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), as well as potential alternate contracting approaches such as Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) and Commercial Solutions Opening (CSOs).
  • Draft common acquisition artifacts such as statements of work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), In Scope Determinations, and proposal evaluation criteria.
  • Assist the Government customer in monitoring and managing program financial execution and planning.
  • Collaborate with other Program Offices on the transition of prototype software to baseline programs for long term operations & maintenance (O&M) support.
  • Deliver acquisition advisory services during technical and cost evaluations of proposals.
  • Document technical and programmatic requirements in coordination with technical staff.
  • Track technical progress, identify blockers to progress, and assess technical solutions with Government developer teams.
  • Integrate SAFe Agile program development processes and activities.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree: 10-12 years with BS/BA or 8-10 years with MS/MA or 5-7 years with PhD.
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly Intelligence Community experience and work history.
  • Minimum of five years supporting DoD/IC programs.
  • Demonstrated performance as an individual contributor working across integrated customer/contractor project and functional teams to deliver capabilities.

Desired

  • Prefer Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management.
  • Prefer PMP certification.

In addition to the compensation range, there are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.

Min: $135,035.83 Max: $234,801.11
