System Engineer Associate - Entry Level
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or related work experience.
- Knowledge or Familiarity in CAMEO or DOORs Knowledge or familiarity in Requirements writing.
- Must have a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities
- Develop environmental definition documentation.
- Develop CAMEO models of the environmental definitions.
- Support requirements writing, other model based systems engineering activities, and verification planning.
- Collaborate with SEIT organization to create end to end integrated solutions.
- Serve as a member of the Systems Engineering and Integration Team.
- Support a value driven systems engineering team and facilitate design evolution in a systematic and thoughtful way.
- Support development of test, modeling, validation and verification activities.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's.
- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge in Systems Engineering concepts and processes.
- Writing requirements documentation and coordinating document release through approval process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent social skills, and ability to create consensus among peers while forming relationships with team members.
- Knowledge of MBSE.
- Experience in systems engineering, preferably in a defense or aerospace environment.
- Experience with coordinating Systems Milestones reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles.
