In this role, you will work both independently and collaboratively to maintain infrastructure, resolve system issues, and support key business initiatives across the organization. What You’ll DoDesign, administer, and support enterprise server and application environmentsInstall, maintain, and optimize servers within a virtualized infrastructurePlan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and implementationsProvide second-level support for escalated incidents and technical issuesDesign, maintain, and support Active Directory forests and domainsManage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and SharePoint OnlineUtilize incident, problem, and change management tools aligned with ITIL processesMonitor system performance and ensure reliability, availability, and scalabilityEnsure compliance with security policies and best practicesInvestigate and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely mannerResearch and recommend hardware and software solutions to support business needs What We’re Looking ForAssociate degree in Information Systems, Network Systems Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience supporting server and infrastructure environments, including virtual platformsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systemsExperience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc.)Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy managementStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a team Even Better If You HaveExperience with Linux server operating systemsExperience with automation tools such as AnsibleFamiliarity with incident management platforms such as ServiceNow or JiraExperience with VMware or other enterprise virtualization platformsExperience with containerization technologies Work ScheduleMonday through Friday, daytime hours with rotating on-call responsibilities.Weekend or after-hours work may be required as needed.
