System Director Sourcing Procurement and Analytics
Job Summary
The System Director Sourcing, Procurement, and Analytics leads the supplier contracting, value analysis, procurement, and business analytic teams and owns the strategic relationship with the GPO partner. The Senior Director, Sourcing, Procurement & Analytics’ utmost responsibility is the pursuit of cost effective, fit-for-purpose supplies, equipment, and services, balancing the dual responsibility of real savings through total-cost-of-ownership and quality. On An Ongoing Basis, The System Director directs and champions sourcing activities for all supplies, equipment, and services leads the oversight of supply chain back-office operations by working closely with the senior management team and hospital/clinic department leaders in pursuit of compliance to established programs creates an environment of sustainable cost reductions for supplies, equipment, and services procured, with simultaneous improvements in the quality and service levels of suppliers
About the Role

Qualifications
- Experience Supply chain leadership experience in a complex hospital environment with a strength in contracting, purchasing, vendor management, supply chain analytics, employee leadership, change management, and process improvement.
- Multi-site health system supply chain leadership experience is a plus.
- Education Requirements Master's degree. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of master's degree.
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
