System Development Engineer II, ReCommerce

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of an agile systems development life cycle including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing and operations.
• Develop tools, automation and monitoring solutions.
• Define operational processes, improve operational excellence and readiness of the systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix production software issues.
• Implement the fix for internally developed code.
• Update, track and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• 5+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java
• Experience utilizing AWS cloud solutions in a DevOps environment
• Experience with distributed systems at scale

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $129,200.00 - $174,800.00 USD annually.
