System Analyst Revenue Cycle III

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates strong, well defined analytical critical thinking skills to solve intricate system issues, assessing the impact on various aspects of the revenue cycle.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to oversee the strategic direction of revenue cycle systems, ensuring alignment with healthcare organization goals.
• Analyze existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for innovation and enhancement within the revenue cycle system.
• Leverage data from revenue cycle systems to provide strategic insights, using critical analysis to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and critical thinking within the team.
• Critically assess and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, identifying potential risks and implementing necessary policies and procedures.
• Lead large-scale projects, applying strategic planning and critical analysis to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies with revenue cycle applications, critically assessing their impact and effectiveness in enhancing revenue cycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university and six (6) years or more of relevant IT/Patient Financials experience OR Associate degree/Professional Healthcare License and eight (8) years or more of relevant IT/ Patient Financials experience OR Ten (10) years or more years of relevant IT/Patient Financials experience AND Must show proven success in the support of Revenue Cycle Applications and maintain system certifications where applicable.
• Maintains certification relevant to Revenue Cycle Management areas. Additional certifications in healthcare IT or project management (e.g. PMP, HIMSS, HFMA) are advantageous.

Pay

$118,571.00- $177,857.00/ Year
