System Administrator Level 1
Overview
Join our team as a System Administrator and become the backbone of our technology operations. In this role, you’ll support the deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical IT systems that keep our mission running. You’ll manage and maintain servers, networks, storage, user environments, and enterprise applications, ensuring everything stays secure, stable, and high-performing.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
- Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
Qualifications
- Required Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Five (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Security Clearance Requirements
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
