System Administrator II (Windows/Linux/VMWare)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience serving as a primary administrator for Windows and/or Linux server environments
• Minimum 2 years of experience administering VMware vSphere environments (vSAN experience strongly preferred)
• Strong expertise in server administration, troubleshooting, and production support for enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions
• Promised ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver assignments and projects within defined scope and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Windows Server and/or VMware vSphere/vSAN certifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong planning, organization, and documentation skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact professionally with internal and external customers

Availability

Work Schedule: Scheduled hours may vary and are determined based on business and operational requirements within a three-shift operation.

24/7 Operation: As this facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the candidate must be available to provide coverage for different shifts (including nights, weekends, or holidays) from time to time as business needs dictate.

Pay & Benefits

Salary range: $30.00 - $43.00 an hour PLUS OT and amazing benefits!
