Responsibilities
- Administering and maintaining servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud-based services to ensure system reliability and production uptime
- Implementing system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes in alignment with ISO 9001 operational control and risk-based thinking
- Ensuring systems supporting manufacturing, quality, and shipping functions are controlled, available, and recoverable
- Partnership with external partners, operations, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Planning and executing system changes in coordination with production schedules
- Developing, maintaining, and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Maintaining asset inventories, access logs, and system documentation to support traceability and audit readiness
- Establishing escalation paths and incident response procedures
- Cybersecurity & CMMC 2.0 Compliance: Coordinating implementation and maintaining security controls aligned with CMMC 2.0 Level 1 / Level 2 requirements, including access control, identification and authentication, system patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and incident detection and response
- Maintaining documentation, system inventories, and evidence required for cybersecurity assessments
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure secure handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) where applicable
- Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Using data, incident trends, and audit findings to drive improvements in system reliability and security; evaluating emerging risks and recommending mitigation strategies; supporting business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of progressive IT experience, including systems administration
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Server and Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs), and backup, recovery, and system monitoring
- Experience supporting compliance, audits, or regulated environments

Pay
Full-time team members are eligible for benefits beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
