About the Role
System Administrator supporting classified networks and operational personnel on a military base.
Responsibilities
- Determine hardware, software, and system specifications and configurations.
- Perform patching, updates, and ensure system compliance.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server editions, network storage, and client products across multiple networks.
- Support users with account management, enterprise and desktop applications, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with security teams on data transfers and media creation.
- Manage user accounts and coordinate with support teams for hardware/software tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux servers, hypervisors (e.g., Hyper-V, VMWare), enterprise networking, security systems, and Group Policy management.
Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
- Willingness to undergo polygraph testing.
Physical Requirements
- Remain stationary for long periods and occasionally move within the office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
