About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.
• Contribute to the technical vision and strategy of the company.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience leading a team of developers.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.

Pay
