About the role
The Corvid's Range Engineering & Instrumentation team is adding an experienced System Administrator to provide direct support to a variety of systems used to support testing activities. This customer-facing position will monitor system performance and provide technical expertise related to system configuration and management. This position allows candidates to directly impact mission performance and work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and security personnel to develop and maintain information systems that meet unique mission requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine technical expertise supporting information system components, infrastructure integration, and maintenance to maintain performance and security standards.
- Install software updates, patches, and upgrades across a distributed network.
- Provide system-level understanding and solutions to end-users.
- Travel to various test ranges to support system integration and test events as required.
Requirements
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is required - specifically related to Domain Management (preferred candidate would have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field).
- Candidate must possess a Security+ certification.
- Position will require extensive travel, up to 50%.
- Demonstrated experience working with ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution).
Qualifications
- Experience working in a virtual server environment.
- Experience using Ivanti enterprise patch management software.
