Key Responsibilities

• Support switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and related infrastructure.
• Serving Windows workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and shared devices.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of users, devices, systems, vendors, and equipment.
• Coinciding with the remote IT provider on projects, updates, backups, and security.
• Acting as the on-site technical contact for partners, vendors, and remote support.
• Assisting with troubleshooting gaming system connectivity, workstation access, printer issues, server communication, and peripheral problems.
• Supporting surveillance workstations, recording systems, cameras, network connectivity, storage systems, and related vendor-supported platforms.
• Aiding with audits, compliance requests, internal controls, and documentation.
