System Administrator

Job Summary

A Windows Server Administrator job in Clayton, NC is currently available through Belcan with one of our key International Pharmaceutical clients. In this role, you will be responsible for Windows Systems Administration and support of databases, such as SQL. In addition, you will assist with Firewall Configuration and network security.

Job Qualifications

• Prefer an AS or BS degree in a relevant field and/or certifications
• Five years of experience with Windows Systems, Windows Server and Network Administration
• Experience supporting database systems, including SQL servers and if possible Always On Clusters
• Experience supporting and operating VMware ESX servers and vSAN clusters.
• Availability to travel periodically as required, and availability to work outside of normal business hours and on-call shifts
• Attention to detail and procedure driven
