About the role
The System Administrator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and security.
Responsibilities
- Manage server environments, including installation and configuration of operating systems and applications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure data integrity and availability through regular monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix, Windows Server, and cloud computing platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with network management tools and scripting languages like Python or Bash.
