About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create and manage company profiles on multiple social media channels
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO and content creation
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
