Requirements

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • Experience supporting multiple operating systems, such as Linux, UNIX, and/or Windows environments
  • Experience with virtualization (specifically VMware)
  • Ability to create/write scripts and modify existing scripts (bash, perl, shell, python, etc.)
  • Familiarity with networking concepts or a background in network administration is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 15 years of related experience; or 20 years of experience as a System Administrator without a degree
  • Security+ certification required

Qualifications

We are seeking experienced System Administrators with Linux and Windows experience for multiple positions in the Fort Meade/Annapolis Junction area. These roles involve providing support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, managing day-to-day operations, and resolving problems.

Skills

Desired skills include familiarity with networking concepts or a background in network administration, and a plus for experience with virtualization (specifically VMware).

Pay

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $155,000 to $213,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
