A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required, with the ability to work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Systems administration, engineering, provisioning, operations, and support
• Server installation, rebuild, hardware/peripheral configuration
• VMware ESXi 7.x or higher
• Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025
• Linux administration
• Tier III troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Hardware/software failure diagnosis and recovery
• OS patching and upgrades
• Backup verification and recovery operations
• User account administration
• System monitoring, logging, security monitoring
• Performance tuning, capacity planning, and resource optimization
• CPU, memory, disk partition configuration
• Data center environmental/monitoring equipment
• Asset Management application support
• Technical documentation and operational procedures

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience
