Sys VP NRES Facility Management

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing facility management team combining internal and external resources
• Lead facility management programs to enhance safety, compliance, and cost efficiency
• Integrate facility management with compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence
• Develop and maintain advanced technology solutions for real-time performance monitoring
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement infrastructure and sustainability initiatives
• Identify and communicate conservation opportunities to stakeholders across the system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field required
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering with an emphasis on real estate or facilities preferred
• More than 20 years of leadership experience in facilities management or a related field, particularly in healthcare
• Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems in a healthcare setting
• Proven track record implementing energy conservation measures in healthcare environments
• Experience negotiating energy-driven performance contracts and Power Purchase Agreements
• Familiarity with multi-site and multistate facility program implementation and oversight

$160,000 – $200,000 annually
